On behalf of all participants at EuroGames 2001, the board of EGLSF would like to thank SLS Leinebagger, TanzArt, all volunteers, the Lord Mayor and City of Hannover and sponsors for hosting such a fan-tas-tic EuroGames 2001!
We are convinced many partipants now hold a special place in their hearts for Hannover … and rightfully so.
A wonderful city, friendly people … and a gay/lesbian sports event called EuroGames you all can be very proud of.
Hannover has shown that 'small scale' EuroGames are true EuroGames, in every meaning of the word. From the experiences learned in Hannover, EuroGames Copenhagen (29 May - 1 June 2003) will most certainly benefit.
